Fellsfjara
Description
Fellsfjara pattern is a traditional Icelandic Wool sweater style I’m calling Fellsfjara (Lopapeysa). This pattern is inspired by the beautiful Diamond beach in Iceland, or Fallsfjara beach. Were the ice bergs from the nearby glacier wash up to the black beach. It’s such a beautiful place and I wanted to try and make a pattern inspired by this beautiful place! Fellsfjara pattern is also available in kids sizes.
Fellsfjara sweater is knitted from the bottom up in the round, if you are used to knitting top down, the pattern is easy to follow the other way around if you prefer.
